I use an integrative treatment approach to fit you and your goals; however, I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and client-centered techniques. I have experience helping adults of various backgrounds with a variety of presenting issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse.
I am also fluent in Spanish and have experience providing bilingual therapy.
