I work with adult individuals and couples of all races, ethnicity, and gender. My passion is to help others on their journey through life transitions, adjustments to change, and preventative support for ongoing emotions that may be causing disruption in your life.
Being human can be difficult at times, and life can be messy, but we do not have to let our emotions have control over the joys that life also brings. My goal in therapy is to create a relationship and provide the space to help you untether from emotional pain that may have developed from past trauma, childhood experiences, or current life stressors.
