Healing happens in the safety and security of relationship, so my goal is to provide a safe, trusting, and collaborative environment for my clients. I provide therapy for clients facing circumstances such as stress, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem/confidence challenges, perfectionism, identity exploration and formation, life transitions, trauma, emotional and mental health navigating learning differences, and interpersonal relationship challenges.

I join my clients in helping them understand their story, find their strengths and voice, build new skills and strategies to strengthen their resilience, and empower them to live their lives more fully and authentically.
