I see my clients as unique individuals, as I am a firm believer of meeting a client where they currently are and working together on exploring their needs and goals. I provide a safe and comfortable environment to help each patient gain a better understanding of their needs and finding their full potential.
I have over 10 years of experience working with both children and adults, treating a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship conflicts and major life transitions.
I help my patients develop self-awareness, coping skills, mindfulness techniques and effective communication skills by utilizing a mixture of modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, client centered therapy and motivational interviewing.
