I work from a psychodynamic, person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) framework. I will help you understand how your past impacts your current behavior. I will also help you use your strengths to help you face stress. Through CBT you will practice how to let go of those unhelpful and hurtful thoughts that are holding you back from happiness.
