I pride myself for being an LGBTQIA+ affirming Licensed Mental Health Clinician and am apart of the community myself. I have a strong passion for helping others heal and discover their resilience from a person-centered, strengths-based perspective. While my primary focus is building a genuine connection and individualizing my approach to each person’s specific needs, I use a variety of interventions in session all from a trauma-informed perspective. My goal is to create a space for clients to be vulnerable in while challenging them to achieve identified goals
I have worked with survivors of trauma, individuals with anxiety, depression, conflicts in relationships, exploring identity, self-harm, substance use, and need for strengthening resiliency. I believe vulnerability and openness to be challenged are essential for growth, healing, and creating valued and meaningful experiences.
