Not Currently Accepting New Clients. As an EMDR Certified Therapist I know all too well how past trauma can throw you a few curve balls, causing unwanted distress and significantly impacting you. Leaving you feeling like you can’t ever catch a break. I believe in cultivating a healing setting that promotes growth and restores confidence within the individual. I have worked with many clients who have experienced an array of life-altering events including childhood trauma, human trafficking, domestic violence, sexual abuse as well as struggled with self-esteem, codependency, anxiety, and more.
I am direct yet compassionate and humor is always welcomed. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I tailor my therapy approach to fit my client’s needs, this includes utilizing EMDR, CBT, Strength Based, Mindfulness, DBT and more in my therapeutic practice. I enjoy helping and supporting my clients to heal through their own self-awareness.
