I try to use skills grounded in research and evidence-based practices to help people cultivate the self-compassion, self-awareness and courage needed to do this work.
My goal for each session is to help empower and build your confidence so that you can feel secure in your ability to find/create your own resources and healing. My style is shaped by who I am: thoughtful, supportive, and authentically direct thanks to my East Coast upbringing.
