I draw on a range of evidence-based practices and have extensive experience working with, adults, children, adolescents, and families. I care deeply about the people I work with and offer a personable and warm approach to psychotherapy.
I meet my clients through an authentic, direct, and nonjudgemental lens. I have advanced clinical training in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and am certified in Trauma Focused CBT. But most of all, I will work with you to bring a fresh perspective and a renewed sense of hope. My approach is guided by my compassion for people and a belief that we are resilient.
