I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with several years of clinical practice. My experience includes working with children, adolescents and adults. During sessions with clients I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, but lean towards a person centered approached. I incorporate CBT and positive psychology techniques within sessions to better build upon a client’s skill set. Therapy should be a unique and individual experience for each client. Currently I work with adults only, 18 and older.
At this time my practice is fully Telehealth. I am using a secure, HIPPA compliant platform. You will be able to have sessions in the comfort of your home or the location of your choice, with minimal disruptions to your day. I am happy to discuss more how this modality can benefit your therapeutic progress and answer any questions of hesitation you may have.
