My passion is helping women and teens build healthy, Christ-filled lives. In counseling for women, I offer support for the challenges of motherhood, relationships, careers, life transitions, and more. Through teen counseling, I help young people find healing and support while discovering strength in their God-given identity and purpose.
As a counselor, my goal is to help my clients build healthier coping skills and gain new perspectives for living well in all areas of their lives, so they can grow into all they are created to be.
