Together, we'll create a safe space for your child to express their feelings, develop coping skills, and build resilience. With a focus on second chances and brighter futures, we'll work towards healing and hope!
In our sessions, I want to get to know your child and their challenges. I believe in getting to know them fully: their likes, dislikes, and what makes them unique! I love incorporating play into sessions as it's helpful for all ages. Games and sand trays make therapy fun and engaging, fostering a safe space for your child to express themselves!
Watching your child struggle with anxiety about life’s changes can be challenging, but you are not alone! Together, we will offer a safe space for healing and growth!
