With over 15 years of experience in the field, I offer a supportive and constructive space for you to identify and work on your individualized goals. I have experience with both individuals and couples; and have skills to tackle problems stemming from both mental health and substance abuse.
Having been in practice for over 15 years I am able to offer a tailored and unique therapeutic experience backed by effective interventions. The therapeutic approaches I use include, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
