I also work with adults seeking guidance and support who need space to explore or want more coping tools & with couples who are considering divorce or separation, want to deepen their connection, improve intimacy, or resolve conflict.
I offer virtual sessions and in-person hiking or walking sessions. Experiences such as hiking, walking, or building a bond with an animal create neural pathways that shape, reframe, and teach us.
