I prefer to use a Cognitive Behavioral approach but do believe individual methods suit different clients. I feel strongly that the type of therapy utilized is a decision that my clients and I work on together to assure a good comfort level and an effective treatment plan.
I offer a relaxed, non judgmental environment for all my clients. People have shared that they feel I provide a comforting and supportive atmosphere where they feel they can be their authentic selves.
