Hello! Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and how I might be able to help you with your goals and needs. My hope is that my profile might give you a glimpse of my approach to therapy. I consider myself collaborative, strengths-based, and compassionate in my style. I'm licensed in Virginia, Washington, D.C., Vermont, and am authorized to practice telepsychology with clients in 40+ states via PSYPACT.
I have experience treating various concerns in outpatient and inpatient settings as a generalist. However, I also specialize in the treatment of mood disorders, vocational concerns (e.g., burnout, work-family issues, workaholism), substance misuse, and men's issues. I treat adults ages 18+.
Finding a good fit for your mental health needs is important to me. I invite potential clients to meet with me by phone or video for a free 15-minute consultation to explore whether my services and style would be a good fit. Feel free to visit my website at www.wingatepsychologicalservices.com to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
