Have you struggled with feeling out of place? Feeling lost or overwhelmed with your day-to-day? Never feeling like your trauma or past adverse experiences lets you breathe? I would love the opportunity to chat and work with anyone that is ready to address traumas, pain, or suffering they're currently experiencing. I believe that everyone deserves to thrive, but sometimes we need some support and help getting there. I have particular interest in helping with navigating masculinity, intersectionality, identity development, self-worth, and distress tolerance.
I bring my years of clinical (2+) and social work experience (8+). I approach therapy with a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) lens and a psycho-dynamic perspective. TBD - Gottman & EMDR Certification
