I have worked in a variety of settings, including substance abuse programs, community mental health centers and hospitals as well as with a diverse range of populations. I combine techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches and solution-focused therapy to help individuals overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
During sessions, I work collaboratively with clients to identify problems and develop effective strategies and healthier behaviors. I strive to help clients work towards reconnecting with their core priorities, address issues and encourage seeking out their happiness.
