My background is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Existential therapy. I offer individual therapy via telehealth and in person sessions at a place of your choosing. My specialties include anxiety depression but I have experience working with people that have had trauma, grief, emotional dysfunction, life transitions, and relationship conflicts.
