When we work together, a strong bond is built! Young people and adults alike who find themselves facing life changes or questioning their place in the world find that working with me helps increase their clarity and ability to move through change in a resilient way. I am especially passionate about helping my clients who are navigating trauma, racial issues, relationship struggles, attachment problems, and gender and sexual identity.
Through my time in private practice and working in hospitals, my holistic experience enables me to understand and support clients at varying levels of functioning. My biracial background inspires me to facilitate racial conversations. I am additionally interested in meaning-making and identity building.
