Jesse Belle is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the Rockford area. I am EMDR Certified (EMDRIA) and treat trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other diagnoses with this evidence-based approach. I was trained specifically in Safety and Attachment Focused (S.A.F.E) EMDR, which was developed to address some common blocks that many therapists were experiencing when working with clients who have experienced complex trauma.
I work to help you get to the root of what is going on in your struggles. We will explore what has been working and what is getting in your way.
