My name is Jesse and I am a White, non-binary identified licensed social worker and therapist living in Boston, Massachusetts. Before going to graduate school for social work, I got my bachelors degree in documentary film. While I love creating art, I found that my passion lies with working alongside people and supporting them through growth and healing. I feel passionate that everyone has the capacity to change and live within their values, and sometimes, we all just need support along the way!
I have experience working with older adults, providing services to homeless families, and, working as a therapist at a group home for LGBTQ+ teens. For the past several yeas I have been working in community mental health with a range of folks with different identities and mental health concerns.
I approach therapeutic work at the intersection of identities, where I try to help clients become the best version of themselves. I bring creativity into therapy, while also using a range of evidence based approaches to address the range of social, emotional, and mental health concerns my clients present with.
