Monday at 4:00pm available in person or online- Thursday at 3:00 in person or online ———-I’ve found that therapy is most powerful when there is a combination of traditional western methodology and eastern philosophy practices. Together, we’ll discuss who you are. I’ll form questions that provide insight into your systems, and patterns. We’ll discuss family of origin. Time and time again. We’ll talk about diet; we’ll talk about love. We’ll discuss death. Together we’ll uncover aspects of your human experience and award you the opportunity to look further inward.
Research shows that the relationship between the client and therapist is the highest indicator of success. It is often not the methodology the therapist uses but rather who the therapist can be to the client. I aim to be your ally, your reminder, your mirror. I can be direct but I’m also warm. I don’t steer away from trauma; no person is too broken.
