Are you craving playfulness? Depth? A sense of connection to nature? Many of us are experiencing a sense of disconnection in our lives, bodies, relationships, passions, the world around us. Therapy can help you connect and reclaim your power and agency. We can work together to understand how you are feeling and heal inner distress, as well as manage daily difficulties and anxieties. I specialize in Neurodivergent-Informed and affirming therapy.
My holistic approach to therapy takes into consideration how you are influenced by the world around you. I work with a trauma-informed and systems lens and integrate a variety of theoretical orientations. This includes Dance/Movement Therapy, Somatic Psychology, Embodied Social Justice, Yoga Therapy, and others.
