I am here to tell you it gets better! Taking the first step and reaching out can be the hardest so I congratulate you on getting this far. I work with struggles ranging from suicidal ideation, self-harm, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, and trauma.
By reaching out and working with me, we will work together to find the best coping skills to regulate your emotions. I use dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to help my clients regulate their emotions and intrusive thoughts. However, I also use a combination of therapeutic techniques to meet the individual needs of each of my clients.
I strive to provide an environment in which you can feel safe to be yourself. We will work together collaboratively to help create positive change and help gain self-awareness. I look forward to guiding you on your journey to healing.
