As an art therapist, I provide opportunities for self-expression and exploration of identity as a way to discover your strengths and work through challenges. I use a person-centered and affirming approach to sessions, focusing on those strengths, developing methods of self-care, and providing space to accept and celebrate who you are.

And it can often be difficult to do self-care to cope with feeling overwhelmed when it's hard to figure out what self-care looks like for you.
