I work with adolescents, adults, and families to help navigate through communication, anxiety, trauma, and depression. I have experience with the LGBTQ+ population and certified in letter writing for gender affirming medical care.
I have helped teens and their families in their homes, schools and in the community. I believe the key to strengthening any relationship is communication and trust. Sometimes it’s not easy to convey your thoughts and emotions and it’s beneficial to have a third party help you. I hope I can be the guide to strengthen your relationships and provide support.
