Hello there! My approach is through a collaborative lens that meets individuals where they are. My therapeutic style is empathetic, non-judgmental, and empowers clients toward their personal goals and well-being. I currently offer individual counseling services to children, teens, and adults. I specialize in areas such as anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, academic stress, athletic performance, relationship struggles, and geriatric care. Together we work to find an approach that suits you best.
