At Amphora Mental Health, our philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and emotional well-being are integral to overall health, and that therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance for anyone wanting to enhance their mindset in life, overcome past trauma, and work towards an abundant future. We look to help heal and enhance the whole person while giving them skills and tools to use for living day to day. One of our specialties is working with individuals with dissociative disorders and Dissociative Identity Disorder. We also specialize in grief and loss, working with young widows and widowers.
I specialize in working with individuals healing past trauma and wanting to break cycles of depression and/or anxiety through healing the whole person. I'm a big believer in looking at the whole person and will work with you to create a plan for whole body/mind healing that speaks to you.
