Throughout the years of experience assisting clients with individual, couples, and family struggles, I have provided therapeutic services for children, teens, adults, and seniors. Over the years I've worked with professionals experiencing extreme difficulties managing work-life balance with anxieties and daily stressors. Removing certain stigmas affiliated with therapy will open doors for evolving awareness towards therapeutic services and its effectiveness.
I provide a goal directed therapy with the focus of the conversation geared towards developing solutions the clients desire. The focus will be on clients strengths and resources to create an effective future. I will explore with clients their pattern of thinking and beliefs to modify behaviors to cope with stressors.
