When anxiety is in charge, it’s very hard to be the person we want to be. It closes in, makes us struggle to stay afloat, like waves of fear are crashing down while we struggle for breath. We don’t have to live this way. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Groups (ACT-G) is an evidence-based method that opens doors to a bigger, richer, more fulfilling life. It’s easy to get isolated these days and anxiety loves it! This group offers connection with other people along with skills to diminishing anxiety's power in our lives.
