I’m a psychodynamic talk therapist. So yes, you'll be talking about yourself... a lot. But I promise it won't be that bad. I won't push you on something until you're ready; although, I will definitely be asking questions or at least throwing them out there. Oh, and there'll be humor. Lots of it. That's just who I am.
What's most important to me is really getting to know you and ensuring you feel safe and comfortable talking with me about your struggles and feelings. Even if you don't really know what they are.
