I am passionate about empowering adolescents and adults who endure the diseases of addiction and providing them with practical support and tools they need to heal and thrive. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, understanding, and empowerment. I believe in creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their struggles and work towards positive change. By fostering a strong therapeutic relationship, I aim to help individuals build resilience and develop healthy coping strategies for long-term recovery. I am committed to supporting my clients on their journey towards healing and growth.
I specialize in assisting individuals who are grappling with nicotine addiction, e-cigarettes, and other substance use disorders by offering the necessary resources and assistance to help them overcome their addictions.
I believe we all can change, but we must first uncover the skills and resources within ourselves to do so. Relying on our inner power and resilience, we may overcome problems and improve our lives. I'm interested in providing adolescents with practical strategies for overcoming addictions and developing tools to embrace their recovery.
