Hi my name is Jeri Moore, Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida trained in EMDR therapy. Are you feeling anxious, depressed or stuck? My practice is enriched with by studies in EMDT therapy, Mindfulness practices, Acceptance and commitment therapy, as well as dialectic behavioral therapy. My specialization is working with people to heal Anxiety, Trauma and Depressive symptoms
My approach ranges from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, ACT, EMDR, Solution-Focused, Mindfulness Therapy, Reality Therapy, Couples Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Behavioral therapy. I take a Holistic eclectic approach. I believe therapy is a collaborative effort between both therapist and client.
