In my experience, one of the most difficult things to do in life is to “begin again.” To do so takes bravery, courage and deep personal honesty. Discovering the end of a road is one thing, but being willing to collect one's self and take new steps into uncharted territory — that takes incredible strength. As one who has struggled to “begin again” I’m here to welcome, guide and encourage you on the new roads you may choose to take. I serve those working through profound disillusionment with their partners, families, culture and/or religious faith. I work with clients who have experienced spiritual abuse and also leaders experiencing “burn out” due to self-neglect. As an Armenian-American, I also help clients navigate the awkward, often traumatic space of being "in-between" cultures.
