These challenges can include feelings of depression, anxiety, anger and perhaps sleep disturbances. I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician and a Certified Trauma Professional with over 10 years helping individuals overcome the challenges that they face. I offer clients a safe environment where they can challenge fears, heal from past wounds, grow and make positive changes to improve their quality of life.
I try to bring a different insight into your situation and offer a calming atmosphere to explore ways in which to overcome different issues.
