My practice is grounded in existential therapy which recognizes the importance of meaning, relationships, autonomy, authenticity, agency, creativity, and connection for acceptance, growth, and change. My experience includes working with bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, grief and bereavement, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, ADHD, sex addiction, substance addiction, and interpersonal relationships.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental, and validating space where trauma, uncertainty, and other challenges can be explored, and paths to healing, growth, and resolution can be discovered. I value and affirm autonomy and diversity of experience.
My approach recognizes experience of systems and systemic trauma, autonomy and agency, and the validity of individual and group experience.
