Identifying emotions can be a struggle, causing the feeling of being lost and unsure of how to navigate experiences effectively. Conversely, overwhelming feelings can cloud judgment prompting impulsive reactions when emotions are unregulated. Relationship issues can be incredibly challenging, and can lead to feelings of loneliness and hopelessness. Addiction can lead to feelings of being trapped between the desire for relief and the consequences of choices, making it difficult to break free.
Any of these issues can create a heavy burden that affects every aspect of life, making it difficult to find hope and clarity. I’m Jeremy Pugh, a licensed professional counselor in Texas with over 14 years of experience and I have assisted many people dealing with the issues listed above to make progress towards their goals.
