I am a compassionate and client-centered LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist striving to help clients feel safe to explore all aspects of themselves. I have five years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, supporting a wide range of needs including anxiety, trauma, depression, illness, and identity development. As a creative arts therapist, I have collaborated with clients by tailoring interventions to their unique needs, and has witnessed them make meaningful connections to their artwork, developing new skills in the process.
I use art therapy, psychotherapy, mindfulness and motivational interviewing. I believe in meeting clients where they’re at. I also work with clients who seek talk therapy exclusively as well.
