I'm passionate about helping couples and individuals during this challenging time. Couples may find that their communication has gotten off track. You may be feeling overwhelmed, angry, stuck, scared, or lost. Simply managing emotions can become a full-time job, and yet the problems often persist despite our best efforts to feel better.
