I want to help you to be reprogrammed to see what is going well and then to do more of that in your life. The principles I personally use to thrive in this life are those found in the Bible. I am a Christian! It is who I am, and not simply a place I go or a group with whom I identify. I will be glad to talk to anyone (whether you adhere to Christ principles or not). I can work with clients strictly from counseling theories or combine these with Christian Values.
We all have times when we could benefit from talking through life with someone who will not judge us for what we are thinking or possibly actively participating in that may be contrary to our own belief system.
