My style is more conversational and incorporates a range of modalities and approaches which enables me to best fit your situation. I believe that the most important tool in therapy is the relationship between the therapist and client. I tend to use mindfulness, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, ACT, and Buddhist psychology in my approach.
