As an experiential psychotherapist, I help clients to go beyond “talk” and listen deeply to themselves in order to facilitate insight and healing. I can help you to be with familiar stuck places differently - what first seems like a wall often turns out to be a doorway.
My approach is actively engaged, strengths-based and trauma informed. I view therapy as an empowering and collaborative exploration; together, we can learn what your experience has been trying to tell you.
