Many of my clients struggle with emotional intimacy, anxiety, existential dread, or a strong sense of shame. Even if they are successful, life isn't as fulfilling as they hope. Most have been to therapy in the past- they're now seeking more depth and less surface-level coping skills. With 15+ years of clinical experience, I've held leadership roles overseeing management teams and taught as an adjunct faculty for two graduate programs. l also currently supervise training therapists. My therapy specialties include couples, new fathers, and executive professionals. I am also an experienced 'therapist for therapists' seeking deeper growth.
