Addictions come in many forms and are usually are fueled by the struggle to experience and feel safe in negative emotions. By learning to understand, experience, and respond to our emotions in healthy ways, addictions can become much more manageable.
Often our highest distress happens in close relationships and this often happens because of unhealthy patterns of attachment which stem from our childhood. I will help you to gain insights into how childhood experiences impact the way you relate to others and more importantly, I will help you to find new ways of relating to those around you.
