During my time in the military, I realized that mental health disorders plagued many of my friends. After leaving the Army, I noticed friends suffering from addiction and mental health problems, which resulted in the decline of their families, health, and overall well-being. This motivated me to become a therapist. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for people with OCD. Our deep understanding of the nuances and intricacies of OCD enables us to properly diagnose and treat it.
We have received intensive training in ERP, the gold standard treatment for OCD. When you start with NOCD Therapy, you’ll either work with me or be paired with one of my colleagues, depending on your preference and availability.
We’ll work to get to know you and create a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals.
