Today's world is full of many complexities. Do you have difficulty trying to navigate expectations, or having difficulty knowing how to think or feel? I utilized a variety of treatment modalities to help clients achieve recovery; primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Based Techniques (DBT) and Strength-Based Therapy techniques. I also integrate specific interventions, such as Relaxation Training, into the therapy process.
I feel that working as a Psychotherapist is a privilege and my primary focus is to assist individuals I work with to achieve their goals and move towards a more fulfilling life. I also believe that the client/therapist connection is so important to the success of treatment.
