I belief it is import to practice mindfulness on a daily basis so that we can stay firmly rooted in the here and now. Working through the past so that we can gleam gems of knowledge of choices and how we can continue or change the path in the future. Another key to building a healthier relationship with self is building/ maintaining healthy boundaries.
I have worked as a therapist for over 12 years with a variety of populations. I have worked in a psychiatric hospital for several years with a focus on adolescents. I have experienced working in a state prison working with individuals as well as group of men with traumatic past. More recently I have worked with Palm Beach County School District.
I am open minded, leaving judgement at the door. My role is to provide a sounding board and as a questionnaire assisting you finding the path forward. Building a therapeutic alliance toward self awareness.
