As a licensed professional counselor, I provide a relaxing atmosphere for you to discover possible ways for you to enjoy your life while addressing important issues. My focus is working with adult individuals using a variety of counseling approaches according to each client's need.
I have worked for over years with individuals and couples who are dealing with relationship challenges, losses and sexual abuse traumas. Topics addressed in therapy may include anxieties, fears, anger, depression, unhealthy coping strategies, boundary issues, communcation problems, self expression difficulty, or trouble with self-discovery and/or acceptance.
I also offer counseling for other stressers such as empty nest, job loss, divorce, role changes, caregiving, and grief. My Bachelor's Degree is in Family Studies, Master's Degree is in Counseling and Development, and I am a member of the American Counseling Association.
