The journey of life presents us with moments of confusion, fear, sadness, and anger, but also with times of clarity, joy, and peace. As a therapist, my role is to bring clarity and hope to this journey while emphasizing my clients’ strengths. To me, it’s an honor to work with men and women who are looking for new ways to deal with the challenges of life and to explore their possibilities and potential.
I’m always looking for resources in my clients, their families and communities. I have 30 years’ experience working in the mental health field, and I have a special interest in working with men, and with people interested in exploring their creativity. I'm a trained Internal Family Systems therapist (Level 1) and also offer mindfulness as a therapeutic tool.
Since I am bi-cultural and bi-lingual, I have great interest working with cross-cultural issues.
